Self care is the best remedy that can be done at home through removal of allergic reactions. Prevent your skin from dryness by warm bath using mild soap or body cleanser and apply moisturizing lotions all over your body after drying yourself carefully.
Never use lotions with irritating contents and fragrances. Wear soft cotton loose clothing instead of tight, scratchy or rough fabrics.
